About Spotless Car Wash
Self Serve Car Wash
Located at 615 S MacArthur Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019, Spotless Car Wash operates as a self-service car wash serving Coppell in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Coppell, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Texas, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 6 am–11 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.
Its Google rating stands at 2.4 out of 5 from 130 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Coppell is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Coppell is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This wasn’t my first time using this facility for a quick exterior clean, but it will definitely be my last. I’ve already lost trust in the wash bays because the last two times I visited they either had no soap, no pressure, or weren’t working at all. A truly inspiring business model: charge people while providing random functionality. This visit, I only came to use the vacuums to clean the interior of my wife’s car, and somehow that was even worse. Charging $1 for just 30 seconds is absurd. There’s no timer and no clear signage explaining that it would cost around $15 just to get roughly 7 minutes of vacuum time. If that had been posted upfront, I would have left immediately instead of funding this little science experiment in customer disappointment. I won’t be coming back.

I don't know how but my car was even dirtier after washing it at Spotless Car Wash. To start, I tried 3 bays that were 100% non-functional before ending up at the 1-star winner and subject of this review. The water coming out smells putrid and the foam brush was caked with something that left greyish streaks. The pre-soak didn't work nor did the engine & tire cleaner. I spent 5 minutes on the rinse and still couldn't reverse the damage. You get the picture. This place should be razed and the owners jailed on charges of indecency.

Bays are absolutely filled with mud. Went to 3 different stalls and none of the card readers worked. Walls are nasty and half the options don’t work. I’ve come here for a few years because it’s the only option nearby but now I’m just going to travel further for better service. DO NOT BOTHER.

If I could review this place no stars, I would. I had to use to use two bays to attempt to clean my car. None of the equipment works, there is no soap being dispensed for the brush or hose. The hose and brushes are leaking water terribly. One hose had tape on it to “fix” the issue I guess. In the end, my car is still dirty. Save your money, do not come here.

See my Self Service Car Wash list for specific details. I wasn't impressed. The water pressure is not very strong. I usually avoid applying a brush to my vehicle, but considering the low pressure, it was necessary to remove the dirt. It becomes obvious the owner is rather frugal (to say it nicely) when the soap used for the foam brush is either extremely watered down or very low quality. All the options seemed to work in the wash bay, but I'm not certain if the presoak option was actually a presoak solution, the knob was off a bit, there's a longer than usual delay for the switch of liquid, or because the tire/engine cleaner (the option I chose before presoak) just happens to be the same colored solution. There's a laser wash bay, which I did not try, and from my observation during my time there (approx 2 hours), I only saw 1 car use the bay. See photos for pricing. The vacuums (or at least the one I used) suck. I mean that in the slang sense! The suction wasn't very strong, but it did the job, and the $1 gave me sufficient time to vacuum the entire vehicle ( a small sized SUV). Last and certainly least, let's talk about the frangrace machines. They have a few of them, but them non
